A trio of elementary schools – Brookside, Oak Hills, and Red Oak – are all music to the ears of parents with young children.
Beautifully manicured single-story homes make Oak Park Tract a hotspot for young families in particular. Though not as private as other areas, Capri tempts potential buyers with its walking distance to the city’s best restaurants and boutiques. Oak Park’s most lavish neighborhood might be Morrison Sutton, very secluded and marked by amply sized properties.
